High-value sites

An asset sitting in fuel needs a date, not a hazard band.

Data-centre campuses, substations, solar farms and industrial estates on rangeland are protected today by a hazard score and a fence line. PRIMER gives the operator the date on which the grass around the site will be ready to burn, the path under forecast wind, and a scheduled operational event to prevent it.

Treat the perimeter, stage the contractor, switch the feeder and place the cover on the date.

01

Perimeter treatment

The margin cut, grazed or wetted in the week before its date, rather than everywhere on a cycle.

02

Contractors and water

Vegetation and fire contractors, tenders and site crews staged on the day the wind turns.

03

The feeder

The utility's segment through dated fuel inspected or switched on the operator's timetable for backup generation.

04

Insurance and lenders

Cover placed and covenants met on a forecast and a documented standard of care.

Site contracts

The campus and the fuel around it, to the horizon of the wind field.

Every hectare's days to 90%, the path under forecast wind, the site's own assets in the path with a modelled loss to each, and alerts at 14 and 7 days into the control room and to the contractors you name. Refreshed daily as the fuel dries.

A portfolio of substations, solar farms or compressor stations is covered the same way: every site on the hectare grid, ranked by date, so the vegetation budget goes to the sites that carry dates.

Add-on

The county, the utility and the neighbours, worked by a named agent around the fence line.

The fuel outside the fence belongs to a neighbour, the verge to the county, the feeder to the utility. On the Intervention Plan a named agent secures the treatment, the verge cut and the feeder inspection on the site's date, and hands you a ledger your insurer and lender can read.
